Our air separation plant produces oxygen and nitrogen from air via the process of compression, cooling, liquefaction and distillation of air. Our organization provides standardized packaged air separation units with argon for typical process industries and gas supply chain distribution requirements. The units use the latest centrifugal air compressors and are developed as per the Low pressure Universal Boschi process leading to high yield and excellent performance. Our air separation plant is operational for a number of applications, including gas distribution, steel, glass, petroleum, food and beverages, ship breaking and scrap cutting. Come up in diverse capacities that range from 50 m3/hour to 50,000 m3/hour, the plants use the latest technology Cryogenic Technology.Working details of the plant include:
Step 1: Air is sucked by a multi stage air compressor and sent through the following stages.
Step 2: Compression of Air: This is performed by the multistage highly proficient air compressor.
Step 3: Purification of Air: This is performed by the process skid.
Step 4: Cooling & Liquefaction of Air: This is done by a highly efficient expansion engine and also by a refrigeration unit (for 100% liquid output)
Step 5: Air Separation (Rectification): This is performed by the special air separation unit comprising of upper column, lower column and special exchangers. The separation of air is performed by the cryogenic process. The final product from a liquid oxygen/nitrogen goes to the storage tank.
Step 6: Cryogenic Storage Tanks: Cryogenic vessels are designed and developed for storing and transporting of liquid gases at sub-zero temperatures. Creation of such cryogenic tanks requires special technical expertise and sophisticated fabrication techniques
